About

Who you'll be working with!

My name is Nathan Maher, I am a Meath based photographer who is currently continuing his Media-oriented studies in Maynooth University, a follow up to a year long course of TV and Film Production in Drogheda Institute of Further Education, cooped with just a general interest in photography.

The long and short of it is, since a young age I have enjoyed taking photos and in the year 2022 I finally bit the bullet and bought myself a DSLR camera. Not long after that purchase I began taking on work as a photographer with any opportunity that came my way, and still continue to do so!

Client Testimonials
Why Photography?
Aside from simply being interested in photography, another reason I love it stems from me admittedly being a sentimental person to begin with. Everything is always changing. Documenting life as it is now is crucial, and I would regret leaving my ability to recount current norms, future good old days or special occasions up to chance.

Late 2019, when I was approaching the end of second year in secondary school; I began documenting normal everyday life in a physical photo album, jotting down details such as times, dates, locations and people who were present on the back of photos with this reasoning in mind and I found that to be a very rewarding experience, one I would recommend to anyone. The photo album contains both good times and bad and essentially retells my life in still shots, group pictures, doodles from class all the way to pictures of the go-to quarantine cycle route when we were stuck within 5KM of the house!
